It's just, it's hard not to be acquainted at some level with that culture. And by the way, the inverse of that is what are you not good at? But your culture is the only thing that's really unique to you and everything else is up for grab for anybody else. I always talk about mission posture, which really means having a very, very intense visceral sense of what the company is trying to achieve. And we were babes in the wood back then. Let's go." And historically, people have tried to answer these questions anecdotally. We call it a turn on the crank and we came out with a product that was at least twice as big, twice as fast, so the market kind of opened up gradually for us. But one of those issues was that taken over from a founder CEO was really, really hard. Once you start doing that, you need to take yourself out of the game.
