Good Bits * The hotel is clean and tidy * The sea view from the grounds is lovely * There is one member of staff who excels in the bar (I think her name is Merisina) * The SPA is good but the indoor pool should be heated it was ridiculously cold hence no one was using it * The staff in the SPA are lovely (but its run by a 3rd party and not the hotel so that probably explains that one) Bad Bits * The TUI rep is a waste of space, seems pleasant but doesnt communicate or sort issues out (Theresa) * The hotel staff are rude particularly at breakfast and reception - you have long waits to get their attention. The resort spreads along 110 acres of cypress trees, eucalyptus trees and wine woods and cascades along breath taking cliffs, offering spectacular views. Despite having 238 rooms, the scale of Helona is never overwhelming and the layout affords good levels of privacy to the accommodation. The drinks are quite expensive with a beer costing 5 euros and a cocktail 7 euros. We zouden dan zelf ons spullen voorafgaand kunnen verplaatsen.
