She was married to someone who was a number of years older than she was and had been in the military, and she was kind of a flower child and she got pregnant and had this baby really before she was - I think she has real misgivings about her parenting skills and the way she raised Danny and the way things were with Danny. John got away with the crime, in a legal sense, but the guilt has wrecked him mentally and emotionally; breaking the Rayburn clans cycle of lies would ostensibly set him free, but if Nolan then went to the cops, hed likely end up incarcerated. 16. Its a deeply personal and conflicted story. With two episodes left, it seems nuts to drop another mystery on us, but then again, Roy is a mystery himself. I told you trouble. It was an innocent child born into a situation that shouldn't have been - things happened that shouldn't have happened. I'm talking about the whole season: the murders, the cover-ups, the seeing Danny literally everywhere. And she expects it's going to be some other drama and they'll get through it. Its very much in essence a mental breakdown for John. Why doesnt Ben Rayburn ever get a chance to have a storyline of his own? 10. And, more importantly, was he really getting visions before his death thanks to getting his head kicked in? But it also puts a huge burden onto Nolan because what is he going to do with that truth? John has been offered the sheriff job, and his family discusses whether or not he should accept over a nice dinner.
