I got the miter 1000hd wow this is sweet also 1/10 of a deg. Either way, part of the reason I need to replace the stock fence, besides it being incredibly inaccurate and never straight, is because I have a cast iron router table I added to the saw which the stock fence just is not beefy enough to support the edge of and keep a flat work surface, mostly due to the fact that the stock fence rails separate in the middle of the saw.
